Everyone knows that the holidays can be pretty crazy. With all the festivities, busyness, and occasional over-eating, there’s a lot to be said for taking some time to relax and unwind.

This delicious mocktail is just the refreshing non-alcoholic drink you need! It’s super quick and easy to make, with only two drinks, icecubes, and some optional garnishes for the ingredients.

What’s more, it’s packed full of festive flavours to keep you in the Christmas spirit.

A delicious grapefruit and ginger spritzer, a fun mocktail everyone will enjoy!

Even if you don’t like grapefruit, you can substitute the fruit juice with another kind, as ginger goes with almost any kind of fruit.

This fun, fizzy and colourful drink would also make the perfect soft drink to serve up at a party or social gathering, so what are you waiting for? Get mixing!

  • 1 part Grapefruit Juice
  • 2 parts Ginger Ale/Beer
  • Ice Cubes
  • Cranberries and Mint Leaves for garnish (optional)

A delicious grapefruit and ginger spritzer, a fun mocktail everyone will enjoy!
Instructions
  1. Fill a tall glass with icecubes, and fill 1/3 full with grapefruit juice. Top up the remaining 2/3 with ginger ale, then add some cranberries and mint leaves for garnish if you like!

    Hi…the recipes delish ..i loved it !! I tried this out by using a non alcoholic drink. I desperately wanted to try this since i am on a liquid diet since 4 months after my maxillo surgery..TRIED IT LOVED IT

    This looks so good! I know it’s meant to be a mocktail, but do you think vodka would be an appropriate alcohol to pair with it? I usually make some form of sangria for my boyfriend’s family for Christmas, but maybe I’ll change it up this year. Thanks!

      I don’t see why not! The thing I love about drink is how customizable they are. I say go for it, vodka and fruit juice normally works really well so I’m sure it would be great here, too!

    Oh, I love this! I go through a phase every winter where I’m totally obsessed with grapefruits (and I’m pretty much always obsessed with ginger, so…) perfect combination! This sounds so refreshing. I bet a tall glass would feel so good after a big holiday meal, haha!

      Thanks Willow! I’ve not always been a fan of grapefruit, but when it’s nice and cold and mixed with the ginger it’s so refreshing! Definitely just what I need after a heavy meal during the holiday season!
