Ingredients
Nectarine
  • 1 Nectarine(approximately 160g)
  • 1tbsp Agave Nectaror any other natural sweetener
  • 2tsp Chia Seeds
Strawberry
  • 1cup Chopped Strawberries
  • 1tbsp Agave Nectar
  • 2tsp Chia Seeds
Blueberry
  • 1cup Blueberries
  • 1tbsp Agave Nectar
  • 2tsp Chia Seeds
Instructions
  1. To make each jam, chop the fruit into small chunks and place in a saucepan with the agave syrup. Cook on a low/medium heat until the fruit has broken down and is a soft compote.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the chia seeds.
  3. Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring into a glass jar. Allow to cool completely and store in the fridge for 3-5 days.
