Ingredients
Chia Pudding

  • 4tablespoons


    Chia Seeds

  • 1 cup (235 ml)


    Plant milk of your choice

  • 1teaspoon


    Maple Syrup

  • 1/4teaspoon


    Vanilla Extract

Berry Layer

  • 1


    Frozen Banana

  • 1/2cup


    Frozen Strawberries

  • 1/2cup


    Frozen Blueberries

  • 1/2 – 1cup


    Water

Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients for the Chia pudding in a bowl and stir to combine. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Stir it a couple of times during the waiting to make sure the seeds are evenly distributed.

  2. Blend everything for the berry layer together until completely smooth.

  3. Layer everything in a glass of your choice and enjoy!
