Ingredients
Rosemary Garlic Oil

  • 2cups (460ml)


    Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2cloves


    garlic

  • 5-6sprigs


    Fresh Rosemary

Chilli Oil

  • 2cups (460ml)


    Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2tbsp


    Dried Chilli Flakes

Instructions
  1. Rosemary Garlic Oil:
    Wash and thoroughly dry the rosemary sprigs, you don’t want any water on them when they go in with the oil. Peel the garlic cloves.

  2. Add everything to a saucepan and heat the oil until it reaches 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Take off the heat and let cool completely for around 2 hours. Store in a glass bottle with an airtight seal.

  3. Chilli Oil:
    Add the chilli flakes and olive oil to a pan and heat until the oil reaches 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Take off the heat and let cool completely for around 2 hours. Store in a glass bottle with an airtight seal.

Recipe Notes
