Ingredients
Bircher Muesli
  • 1 cups (180g) Whole Rolled Oats
  • 1 Applegrated
  • 1cup (235ml) Oat Milkor any other plant based milk
  • 1cup (235ml) Soy Yoghurt
  • 1/4cup (25g) Raisins
  • 1tbsp Walnutschopped
  • 2tbsp Flaked Almonds
  • 1tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1tbsp Fresh Orange Juice
Toppings
  • Fresh Raspberries
  • Chia Seeds
  • Fresh Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Coconut
  • Banana
  • Mixed Nuts and Seeds
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients for the bircher muesli in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Cover in cling film and place in the fridge overnight. Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  2. When ready to serve, top with anything you like, or eat as it is!
Recipe Notes

This recipe is ideal for freezing. Freeze individual portions of the muesli in ziplock bags. Remove from the freezer and transfer to the fridge the night before you want to eat it. In the morning you will have perfectly defrosted muesli!
