This was one of those recipes made with someone in mind. I don’t often get that, but this one is a bit special ;)

Prosecco Popsicles with Summer Fruits!

I’d hesitate to call this a “recipe”, it’s just a fun idea I wanted to share with you all. Summertime for me is best spent with good friends, sipping cold prosecco and laughing. So I thought, why not take it one step further and freeze the prosecco into popsicles!

Prosecco Popsicles with Summer Fruits!

These are a fun summer snack, that would be great for hanging out with your girlfriends (or boyfriends!) on a nice summer’s evening.

Prosecco Popsicles with Summer Berries

Servings: 8 popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bottle Vegan Prosecco
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Berries
  • 1 Nectarine

Instructions

  • Pop some berries and nectarine slices between the 8 popsicle moulds, then fill with the prosecco, leaving about 1.5cm at the top to allow the liquid to expand in the freezer.
  • Put sticks in each of the popsicles, then freeze for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  • Store in the freezer for up to 3 months!
