Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar and Lemon
Spring is the perfect time for asparagus. Let’s take advantage of this fun little vegetable by roasting it up in a simple marinade.

Ingredients

  • 1-2large handfuls


    Green Asparagus

  • 3tbsp


    Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1tsp


    Lemon Juice



  • salt and pepperfor seasoning

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Wash the asparagus and trim off the woody ends. Add into a roasting tray with the lemon juice and balsamic vinegar and let marinate for 15 minutes.

  3. Place the roasting dish into the oven for 15 minutes. Once it’s cooked, season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
