We’re halfway through #BreakfastWeek already! Every day this week I’m sharing a new breakfast recipe. If you want to catch up, we had a video on how to make the PERFECT oatmeal on Monday, and some seriously good, but healthy banana pancakes yesterday!
Today is Bircher Muesli day! Bircher muesli is a Swiss recipe that’s been around for years. it’s basically the original overnight oats which has become such a popular phenomenon in the last few years, and for good reason!
It’s the perfect breakfast for people who don’t have time to make oatmeal in the morning, but still want something oaty and healthy.
All the ingredients are combined in a large bowl the night before, and left to soak up all the flavours or the yoghurt, milk and fruit. When the morning comes, you’re greeted with a ready to go breakfast to take with you, wherever you start your day.
Bircher Muesli is just my idea of a perfect breakfast. Slow release energy, lots of flavour and basically no effort. Try it out this week and save yourself some time in the morning!
Tomorrow I’ve got SMOOTHIE BOWLS coming at you! They are epic-ly colourful, absolutely delicious and super fun. Make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletter to get all the updates, and an exclusive freebie that will be coming your way shortly after #BreakfastWeek
